Hello! I'm Allen Greeley and I love thinking and meditating on Scripture. Another word for it, which we don't use very often, is pondering. When the mother of Jesus heard the shepherds retell the vision of the angels celebratory singing; the Scripture says, "Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart" (Luke 2:19). That alone is my goal with this podcast. I want us to treasure in our hearts what we hear from God and ponder it. It would be an honor to have you listen in and ponder with me. To God be the glory!

Attacks of September 11th - Evidence For God
Ponder with me about the attacks of September 11th. This episode might be good for older kids to think about. We already have a generation of children that don't know what happened, but more importantly, those children will be wrestling with questions asked on this episode fairly soon (if they haven't already).
The events are so sad, but there is tremendous spiritual fallout. While the question of suffering has often troubled many people (which is reasonable to ask! Several people in Scripture thought about this question), there are other questions about murder that drive us right into the heart of God. A question like -- why is it wrong? Can we objectively decide what is right and wrong ourselves? To God be the glory!
